AI in the Workplace

This micro-training is designed with your busy schedule in mind. Available to UF faculty, staff, students, and affiliates, it is self-paced taking approximately 10 minutes to complete yet will provide you with knowledge and skills to adhere to UF's data security policies and how to get started using text generator tools in the workplace!

AI tools use pattern recognition to deliver accurate and relevant responses, streamlining tasks such as scheduling, email drafting, and document editing. They are also creative assistants for brainstorming and content creation, offering novel solutions and fresh perspectives. They can simplify complex concepts and facilitate global collaboration through real-time translation. Overall, AI generative applications are versatile tools that automate tasks, spark innovation, and enhance communication.
