PPM 101

Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), the UFIT-wide initiative helps better manage projects and staff resources. A key component of this effort is utilizing the centralized time reporting function, which all UFIT employees will be expected to do starting July 1, 2014. This is an important initiative gives insight into resource capacity, and assists in preventing over-allocation of staff time. Learn how to use PPM.
