ITSM Incident and Request

TeamDynamix is UF's enterprise ticketing system. As a cloud-based platform it provides a centralized system for customers to submit service requests through the web interface. Designed primarily for technician users this training provides an overview of TeamDynamix. Participants will become familiar with its environment and learn the basic functions of how to create a ticket, how to take a ticket, and how to assign, update, and edit a ticket.

Its completion is required to gain access to the system.
