Kim has over 20 years of experience in Higher Education Administration. She has a background in project management, network and web administration, online instruction and enjoys being surrounded by technology. She holds a BS from Florida State University, M.Ed. and Ed.S. from the University of Florida


Anchalee Phataralaoha

Education/Training Specialist

With an extensive background in learning and development in higher ed Anchalee enjoys collaborating with subject-matter-experts to develop training programs. With her decades of experience in marketing and IT before joining UF, she has a unique perspective and approach to training. She teaches Qualtrics and provides survey consultations to faculty, staff and graduate students. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis, swimming, and taking MOOC courses to learn a thing or two.


Jose Silva-Lugo

IT Training Specialist

Jose has a PhD in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation and an Advanced Certificate in Business Analytics. He teaches the SPSS and Sample Power 3 course and the R workshops for faculty, staff, postdocs, TAs, and graduate students. When he can make free time, he loves taking pictures of nature and fishing.


Tammy Barber

Education/Training Specialist

Tammy has a background in education and educational leadership. She has experience as an educator, curriculum creator, learning coach, and trainer. Tammy provides training for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and UF’s event calendar. During her free time, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with family. She is happy to consult with the UF community to assist as needed. 


Cooper Grееnfield

Cooper has a background in education and educational technology.  In addition to offering trainings to faculty, staff, and TA's, he is extremely knowledgeable in computers and technology. In his free time, he can be found grinding gains at the gym or on the rift, hanging out with his friends and family, or enjoying quality food at any of the great dining establishments in Gainesville.
